Our management teams provide strategic leadership and operational management for the Group including coordination of commercial activities, corporate development, execution of the strategy, and running of a global business.
Arthur is Alpha Group’s Head UK & Europe Corporate Development Prior to Alpha, Arthur spent two years at Access Partnership as head of the corporate development function focusing on M&A. He has almost 15 years previous experience in corporate finance and investment banking, where he worked across a number of private equity, corporate, and listed transactions.
Ashley joined in 2025 as the FP&A Director responsible for budgeting and MI.
Ashley is a CIMA qualified fellow with over 20 years of finance experience. Prior to Alpha, he worked in a variety of roles for ERM, a £1bn+ turnover sustainability consultancy backed by KKR.
Christine is a director at Alpha and the Group’s Head of Operations. She joined Alpha in 2022.
She has over 20 years’ experience in consulting and financial services. Most recently, she was a director at Deloitte and was focused on the insurance sector. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Aviva Plc in strategy, transformation and operations roles across its life, general insurance and asset management businesses. She started her career at McKinsey & Co.
Divisional Finance Director
Greg is Group Finance Director for Alpha Group working with the FP&A and MI; Financial Controls; Business Partnering; and Finance Projects teams.
Greg qualified as an ACA with Deloitte, before moving into industry and specializing in professional service companies. He has over a decade of experience working at the Finance Director level and has worked in both small PE and 10,000+ headcount listed groups.
Lana is a Director at Alpha and is the Global Head of Recruitment and Learning.
Lana joined Alpha in 2015 as a management consultant, where she delivered strategic projects across our UK, European, and North American clients. She has a passion for people which led her to later transition internally to drive global people strategy initiatives for Alpha. Since then, she has been responsible for defining the global recruitment and learning strategies, ensuring operational excellence across the people lifecycle, managing key platforms, and driving ROI on talent initiatives. She is passionate about developing creative, impactful solutions that enhance performance, reduce cost, and drive organisational success.
Over the past five years, Lana has built and scaled the global Recruitment and Learning team across UK, Europe and North America. She now leads and coaches a global team focused on attracting top talent and equipping them with the skills needed to be successful.
Matthew is a director at Alpha and the Group’s Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining Alpha in 2022, Matthew was a corporate lawyer and, more recently, General Counsel at a global primary research provider. In his role, Matthew is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Group’s legal affairs, globally.
As Group IT Director, Nick leads the strategic oversight of systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, ensuring that the corporate IT function aligns with and supports the group’s overarching goals and growth ambitions. Nick has a broad IT leadership background, combining hands-on engineering expertise with strategic roles across Financial Services, Asset Management, Professional Services, and Renewables.
Nick previously served for five years as Global Head of IT & Infrastructure at Alpha, where he established the group’s IT function and built a strong foundation to support its growth and expansion. Most recently, Nick was IT Director at Climate Investment – an independently managed private markets investor focussed on capital-efficient industrial decarbonization. Nick has earned a number of industry accolades, including being named in Computing’s Top 100 UK IT Leaders in 2022.
Nora is a director at Alpha and the Group’s Head of HR. She joined Alpha in 2014 and is based in the UK.
Nora has extensive experience in building and managing an HR organisation that reflects the company’s core values and supports its strategic and operational goals. As Global HR Director, she is responsible for overseeing all HR functions including HR management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and wellbeing.
Nora heads a global team of human resources professionals, who partner closely with leadership to attract, develop and retain the best-in-class talent that supports Alpha’s growth ambitions and dynamic business needs.
