Our Approach to ESG

A commitment to responsible business practices is at the heart of our business and our global operations.

Alpha’s approach to responsible business is based on doing the right thing, understanding and prioritising what is most important to our stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory integrity. It includes commitments to diversity and inclusion, community impact work and actions to help address climate change.

As a consulting provider to our clients, we are proud that our ESG & Responsible Investment proposition guides financial services organisations in developing best practice in this space. As a company, we are progressing ESG commitments with sponsorship from our senior leadership team, the engagement of Alpha’s global teams, and support from a dedicated Responsible Business function.
