Alpha FMC is pleased to invite you to participate in our 2026 Regulatory Reporting Survey, designed to capture current practices, challenges and emerging trends for regulatory reporting teams across the asset management industry.

Survey Contents

The survey includes a combination of:

• General regulatory reporting questions, covering areas such as your firm’s operating model, resourcing and governance, the use of vendors and the emergence of AI use cases.
• Regime – specific sections, focusing on:
  • MiFID Transaction Reporting (RTS 22)
  • EMIR Reporting (Article 9)

Note that regime-specific questions will only appear if you indicate your firm is in scope for the relevant regulations in the initial questions.

How Responses Are Used

All survey responses are confidential with aggregated findings collated into a report to explore trends across the key topic areas above. As a participant you will receive the full report and an opportunity to discuss the results with us, looking at how your firm’s approach compares to peers. All data submissions are confidential.

Guidance

Where precise data is not readily available, we encourage you to provide reasonable estimates, and you may collaborate with colleagues if helpful.
