About the Authors

Pierre-François is a Partner within Alpha’s Sustainability & Responsible Investment Practice with 15+ years of experience on ESG & Data projects for a wide range of financial institutions.
Before joining Alpha, Pierre-François worked within EY and KMPG mainly on Data Management projects and Front to Back processes optimisation.
He has a strong experience in ESG target Data base construction, ESG methodology (internal/external) assessment or definition, Target Operating Model design & implementation and Data Management effectiveness.

Pauline is a Manager within the Alpha Paris office, highly involved in the Sustainability & Responsible Investment Practice. She has 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, she specialises particularly in ESG topics. She has accumulated solid knowledge on Asset Manager operating models across the entire front-to-back value chain (including ESG issues). Her various projects have enabled her to strengthen her expertise on ESG data & solutions, such as a recent mission on the implementation of an ESG solution for an AM.
Before joining Alpha, Pauline worked at Deloitte Paris for 1.5 year. At Deloitte, she gained experience in SRI Label certification auditing and advising on ESG methodology and regulatory compliance for AM actors.

Yassine is a Senior Consultant within the Alpha FMC Paris office, with 5 years of experience in Financial Services, specialising in Asset & Wealth Management. He supports advisory teams on transformation and Post-Merger Integration programmes, with a focus on front-to-back operating models, data and governance. Through his assignments, Yassine has developed solid experience in investment processes and ESG integration topics, notably ESG data quality, regulatory requirements and the incorporation of sustainability considerations into Asset Managers’ operating models. He is actively involved in ESG-related initiatives, supporting clients on the practical implementation of sustainability requirements within their existing investment and operating frameworks.
