Aran has also led detailed process re-design activities for underwriting and underwriting operations for a high
performing specialty insurer.

Lydia is a Consultant at Alpha, bringing expertise across business analysis, project management, and change management. Lydia has a strong track record helping clients define and understand their business requirements. Lydia spent nine months working as a business analyst within a change delivery team for a Global Platform Provider where she defined business requirements and designed detailed technical solutions. Most recently, Lydia managed an RFP process for a Global Specialty Insurer, assisting the evaluation and down-selection of vendor solutions.
