Specialising in financial services sets us apart, allowing us to offer tailored training, enable professional qualifications and deep expertise, prioritise delivery excellence and support continuous development. Our internal recruitment processes, management incentives, employee success frameworks and mentoring programme ensure the success of our team. With sector-aligned teams and client-centric approaches, we maintain high standards and provide interesting, challenging work with excellent service for our clients.
Giving Back to our Community
Over several years, our global teams have participated in many community-focused activities through fundraising, pro bono consulting, volunteering, and networking.
We launched our Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) programme in 2016 and a key focus has been the Charity of the Year initiative, which has involved employees from across the globe on a voluntary basis. Since its inception, we have supported 9 different and unique charities.
We have partnered with various charities addressing diverse causes, from environmental conservation to child welfare. Recognising our growing presence and impact, we’re evolving our approach to focus on local charities in each region, amplifying our collective impact and addressing causes with strong local resonance.
We are proud to leverage our skills and experience to give back, mentoring future talent from underrepresented backgrounds. These programmes provide insights to our industry and advice for building career paths; we are delighted to share our experiences to inform the choices of talented young people.
Our Supply Chains
As a responsible employer, we ensure that our supplier relationships align with legislation and best practices.
We assess our suppliers’ conduct with reference to carbon neutral policies, modern slavery, and health and safety standards, all of which can be found in our Corporate Compliance Manual. In the UK, we are proud to be a member of the UK Living Wage scheme and engage with our suppliers on this topic regularly.
We are proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact, and to be supporting the best practice developments associated with this important network.
