Luc is Chief Executive Officer of Alpha. Previously, Luc was Global Head of Asset & Wealth Management Consulting from 2020 to 2023, Head of Asset & Wealth Management Consulting – Europe from 2015 to 2020, and Head of Asset & Wealth Management Consulting – France from 2010 to 2015. Prior to joining Alpha, Luc was Head of Change Management of UBS Wealth Management in France and began his career as a consultant in Paris and London. He holds a Master Degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale and completed an Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

John is a chartered accountant with 25 years of corporate finance, banking and audit experience. He joined from HSBC where he was a Director in the UK Mid-Market Advisory team (2007-12), the Corporate Origination team (2012-16) and latterly, the UK Banking team (2016-2018). Over his 11 year tenure he advised on a variety of M&A transactions and led loan financings for UK corporates. Prior to this he spent more than five years at MacArthur & Co. focusing on capital raisings including AIM IPOs. John started his career at KPMG, where he spent nearly seven years, working across financial services audit and risk management with exposure to financial reporting requirements, governance, risk & internal controls and systems’ implementation. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, graduated LLB (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Bristol & École Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées, France. John joined Alpha in February 2018.

Sarah is Alpha’s Managing Director. She joined Alpha in 2008 and is based in the UK.
Before moving into business operations team, Sarah spent over 10 years in asset and wealth management consulting with experience performing both project management and functional roles, and working extensively on implementation and business transformation projects.
As Managing Director of the Alpha Group, Sarah manages and coordinates across a broad range of internal functions in supporting the growth and strategy of the business. Sarah is responsible for overseeing global functions including business change, IT operations, HR, recruitment, legal and corporate affairs, risk and responsible business.

Nick has 15 years of experience consulting in the financial services, and in particular the capital markets sector. Specialising in asset management outsourcing, he has worked with a wide range of clients on advisory and implementation roles covering large scale outsourcing and organisational change initiatives, strategic business studies and market trend analysis.

Lee is the Global Head of Aiviq. Lee has a record of international business building with over 20 years experience, providing market leading enterprise and SaaS solutions to leading financial institutions. Lee has extensive knowledge of strategy creation, execution and expansion and has a proven track record in business development, process management and organisational optimisation.

Stuart is Global Head of Insurance Consulting at Alpha.

Stuart joined Alpha in 2007, and has worked across a wide range of client-facing and leadership roles – including overseeing a number of large-scale, complex client change initiatives, and developing some of Alpha’s most significant client relationships.

Stuart was previously Head of Asset & Wealth Management UK – a role he held for seven years, during which time he oversaw the four-fold growth of this business. Stuart was also part of the core team which led Alpha’s two private equity transactions, and the listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2017.

Prior to joining Alpha, Stuart held roles at Accenture and JP Morgan Investment Bank. He has 20 years’ experience in financial services consulting.

Joe is Global Head of Asset & Wealth Management Consulting at Alpha.

Prior to joining Alpha Joe held operations and technology leadership roles at Nuveen Investments and BNY Mellon Asset Management. Joe has also held executive management positions at several service provider and consulting firms.

Joe has worked extensively across the US and Europe, consulting to a range of leading asset managers. He has a breadth of experience across all aspects of the asset management business ranging from major change programs to corporate strategy and operating model definition.

Greg is Group Finance Director for Alpha Group working with the FP&A and MI; Financial Controls; Business Partnering; and Finance Projects teams.

Greg qualified as an ACA with Deloitte, before moving into industry and specializing in professional service companies. He has over a decade of experience working at the Finance Director level and has worked in both small PE and 10,000+ headcount listed groups.

Eloise is is a director at Alpha and the Group’s Head of Risk & Responsible Business.

She is a director at Alpha with 15 years experience in risk, regulation and change management. She has held positions such as SMF 16 and SMF 17, alongside non-executive director roles on Alternative Investment and UCITS Fund Boards.

Prior to joining Alpha she predominantly spent her career in the Investment Management Industry.

Matthew is a director at Alpha and the Group’s Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining Alpha in 2022, Matthew was a corporate lawyer and, more recently, General Counsel at a global primary research provider. In his role, Matthew is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Group’s legal affairs, globally.

Christine is a director at Alpha and the Group’s Head of Operations. She joined Alpha in 2022.

She has over 20 years’ experience in consulting and financial services. Most recently, she was a director at Deloitte and was focused on the insurance sector. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Aviva Plc in strategy, transformation and operations roles across its life, general insurance and asset management businesses. She started her career at McKinsey & Co.

Nora is a director at Alpha and the Group’s Head of HR. She joined Alpha in 2014 and is based in the UK.

Nora has extensive experience in building and managing an HR organisation that reflects the company’s core values and supports its strategic and operational goals. As Global HR Director, she is responsible for overseeing all HR functions including HR management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and wellbeing.

Nora heads a global team of human resources professionals, who partner closely with leadership to attract, develop and retain the best-in-class talent that supports Alpha’s growth ambitions and dynamic business needs.
