Welcome to the 2022 Alpha FMC Operations & Outsourcing Survey in Continental Europe!

Through this survey, Alpha aims to discerning and providing insights on current outsourcing strategies, expectations, decision rationales and challenges in the asset management sector. By comparing the experiences and views of asset managers and asset servicers, the result of this questionnaire will also highlight potential gaps in the way both types of respondents perceive outsourcing services today and in the years to come. This being the 2nd iteration following the very successful 2018/2019 survey and conference, it will also allow us to compare the evolution over time and manifest trends.

Alpha is a leading global consulting firm for asset and wealth managers. We have worked for over 700 clients in the industry and notably gathered extensive experience in benchmarking. This survey is run on a European level and is sent to top asset managers and servicers.

As we place great importance on confidentiality, we will treat any information you provide as confidential, the results will be anonymous and will not be attributed to any company. We also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We will compile a summary of the responses into a comprehensive report, and share this with you in return for taking part in the survey. With this overview, we hope to help you better understand your market, and thus potentially help you in your projects.
