We are very pleased to present our second annual view over the savings and retirement market. With 2021 being an incredibly busy year for all our clients and colleagues, we look forward to another fruitful year in 2022. We envisage a continued push across the market to improve operating models, increase scale, and ultimately service customers in a more efficient manner. Of course, the effects of the pandemic are still making their mark on the business landscape and we expect this to continue shaping the outcomes of transformation programs across the industry.
