London, 16 September 2026: Alpha FMC (“Alpha”), a leading global consultancy to the financial services industry, today announces the appointment of Mark Wightman as Senior Partner in its Asset & Wealth Management (“AWM”) Consulting division.
Mark joins with more than 30 years’ experience spanning financial services, consulting, fintech and technology-enabled transformation, most recently in senior leadership roles at State Street and EY. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions in financial technology, including at SunGard (FIS). Mark brings deep industry expertise and extensive experience working with global asset and wealth management firms, with a career spanning regional and global leadership roles and advising clients across strategy, operating models, business, digital and AI transformation, and growth.
In his new role, Mark will focus on strengthening Alpha’s global client relationships and supporting the continued growth of its international Asset & Wealth Management Consulting business, with a particular focus on the UK, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
