He advises insurance carriers on business transformation, core systems modernization, and large-scale technology implementations. Prior to joining Alpha, Shyam led the global Insurance Solutions business at Appian, where he was responsible for product strategy, software sales, and enabling customer success. He holds an MBA in Finance and Insurance from IBS, Hyderabad (India)
