Sarah is a Senior Partner at Alpha FMC, specializing in Asset & Wealth Management. She partners with executive leadership teams across many of the firm’s most strategic client relationships, advising on business strategy, enterprise transformation and organizational change.
Sarah advises senior executives on strategic growth, operating model evolution and organizational change across the investment management industry. Her expertise spans operating model design, M&A integration planning and delivery across Investments, Technology, Data and Operations, and she has led complex transformation initiatives from strategy through to implementation.
Sarah holds a degree in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a CFA Charterholder.
