Rachel is a Partner in Alpha’s UK Asset & Wealth Management Consulting team, specializing in major operating model transformation programs in businesses with a global footprint.
Rachel has 20 years of leadership and management experience – with time spent on both sides of the consulting ‘fence’. Before joining Alpha, she was Head of Delivery for Capco’s Wealth and Asset Management practice.
Earlier in her career she worked in-house for a discretionary investment manager, among various other industry change-lead roles.
Prior to entering Financial Services, Rachel was a commissioned officer in the Royal Artillery; she has a Masters in Classics from the University of Edinburgh and is completing an MBA.
