Nick Dekker is Head of Northeast Asia and Head of Technology Consulting (International) at Alpha FMC, based in Hong Kong. A Senior Partner with over 20 years’ experience in financial services, he works with insurance investment functions, asset managers, and asset owners on strategic transformation.
His work spans growth and go-to-market strategy, business design, technology strategy, data modernisation and large-scale change. He has advised global investment organisations across Asia, the Middle East and the UK, helping them translate strategic ambition into practical change across platforms, data, processes, teams and service models.
Nick is currently focused on building Alpha’s presence across Northeast Asia and helping investment businesses navigate the next phase of industry change, as firms seek to scale, differentiate and deliver better outcomes in a more complex, technology-enabled market.
