Mike is a Partner with Alpha North America based in our Toronto office where he plays a leading role overseeing Alpha’s Canadian market expansion. With deep subject matter expertise across the wealth and asset management industries, Mike specializes in strategy design and fulfilment, front-office platforms, operations transformation, change management, and program governance. Mike has supported clients through their most complex and challenging change & transformation initiatives to achieve objectives related to profitability, growth, operational efficiency, cultural change, and client experience. Prior to joining Alpha, Mike supported strategy, operations and M&A at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) before joining KPMG’s Canadian WAM business in a management consulting capacity. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charterholder.
