Lana is a Director at Alpha and is the Global Head of Recruitment and Learning. Lana joined Alpha in 2015 as a management consultant, where she delivered strategic projects across our UK, European, and North American clients. She has a passion for people which led her to later transition internally to drive global people strategy initiatives for Alpha. Since then, she has been responsible for defining the global recruitment and learning strategies, ensuring operational excellence across the people lifecycle, managing key platforms, and driving ROI on talent initiatives. She is passionate about developing creative, impactful solutions that enhance performance, reduce cost, and drive organizational success. Over the past five years, Lana has built and scaled the global Recruitment and Learning team across UK, Europe and North America. She now leads and coaches a global team focused on attracting top talent and equipping them with the skills needed to be successful.
