John has over 30 years’ experience in the asset and wealth management industry and has assisted 50+ organizations across Asia, Australia, NZ, UK, and US to enable their growth plans through operational improvement and the use of technology. His expertise spans the asset and wealth management value chain across both operations and technology, having successfully delivered projects covering investment management front to back office, financial planning & retail distribution, retail investment platforms, product administration, and sales & marketing. His main areas of expertise are Target Operating Model design, IT Architecture and capability road map development, and delivery of transformational change.
