Franzi has extensive management consulting experience specializing in financial services, specifically asset and wealth management. After a couple of years in London, Franzi moved to Frankfurt in 2021 to launch and grow Alpha FMC’s German office. As first person on the ground, she was responsible for supporting the strategy definition, setting up of internal operations, leading the recruitment efforts and supporting all business development efforts.
The majority of her roles focus on strategic target operating model design, third-party provider selections and large-scale transformations projects. She also has significant experience managing strategy projects for C-suite level clients, helping them identify and realize future growth opportunities aligned to their strategic objectives.
She is also deeply committed to championing and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives at both Alpha and throughout the broader financial services sector to cultivate a diverse and respectful culture that actively encourages equal opportunities for all.
