Charles is known for partnering with C-suite leaders, building high performing teams, and driving growth through transformation and technology modernization. He brings deep expertise in global operating models and a strong track record of helping institutions scale and transform their wealth management businesses, including leading two of the largest wealth management integrations over the last decade.
Prior to joining Alpha, Charles worked for EY.
Charles holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Georgetown University.
