Douglas is a Partner at Alpha FMC, leading the firm’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) offering for the Real Assets industry in North America. With over a decade of experience across the US, Europe, and Australia, he has led dozens of engagements for some of the world’s largest real estate investors, owners, and managers, personally overseeing the delivery of millions of dollars in project value.
Douglas specializes in real estate cash flow modeling, asset valuation, and fund forecasting, helping clients build the financial infrastructure and planning capability needed to scale with confidence. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the University of Brussels.
