Alice is a Partner in the Investments practice and has over 10 years’ experience in this space. Alice specializes in large-scale transformation and operating model design around the Investment Management process, in particular with enterprise platforms and best of breed landscapes. During her time at Alpha, Alice also worked in Asia for 3 years, in Singapore, Hong Kong and SE Asian markets, and has worked with a broad spectrum of asset managers and asset owners; from UK boutiques to international managers.
