Through formal study and over 30 years of business and technical industry experience he has unique insight into how to get it right. That experience has been gained in media, and for the last 8 years, in asset and wealth management; specifically integrating and transforming technology platforms in that sector to provide a single operating model.
Scott has extensive knowledge of technical platforms and technical team transformations including blending in-house teams with contract and outsource teams around the world. He has managed service providers over many years combining their software, hardware and people to focus on outcomes and results.
