Women in Business – Best Practice Heatmap

Emily Stapleton, Isabella Moore

Alpha’s Gender Equality Committee has been working on our ‘Women in Business – Best Practice Heatmap’; a ‘toolkit’ of initiatives to promote gender equality and non-discrimination against women in the workplace.

This piece draws on research from within the financial industry and beyond to provide an illustrative framework of initiatives that can be used to inform and educate. As both a practical guide and a starting point to spark conversation, we hope this piece will enable both individuals and business to have a clearer view of how industries and organisations are working to improve their gender equality initiatives and practices.

Please read below, and we encourage you to get in touch with us to learn more about Alpha’s experiences and viewpoints on empowering women within the financial services sector.
