Corporate Governance

The Directors of the Board believe that an engaged Board and an effective committee structure facilitate the good governance of the entire Group, and ensure an appropriate framework for its continued success and growth. In order to sustain the strong corporate culture, the Board has established an Audit and Risk Committee, a Remuneration Committee, a Nomination Committee and an ESG Committee; each with formally delegated duties and responsibilities.


On 25th September 2017, Alpha announced its intention to seek Admission of its Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
