Alpha Alternatives is pleased to announce that Ryan DuBiel will become our new Head of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Practice, succeeding Mitch Max, who is retiring at the end of March after an illustrious career. Ryan will focus on expanding the delivery of leading edge solutions for FP&A, Revenue Modeling, Expense Budgeting, Workforce Planning, Incentive Compensation and more.

Over the past three years, Mitch’s leadership and dedication have established a strong foundation for the EPM Practice—helping our clients achieve transformative business outcomes across the Alternatives and Financial Services industries and driving innovation and growth for Alpha Alternatives. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mitch for his contributions, and we wish him the very best in retirement.

Building on this legacy, Ryan brings extensive experience in finance transformation, incentive compensation management, and data strategy. His background includes global service delivery, sales, and industry roles in Corporate Finance, Controllership, and IT Strategy. Alongside our strong leadership team, Ryan looks forward to further enabling transformational business outcomes through innovative EPM solutions.
