This enhances Lionpoint’s existing real estate strategy and technology expertise in North America and Europe, with a team that specializes in core asset management advisory and technologies, such as Argus, MRI and Yardi.
Julie and Naseem, who both have over 20 years’ experience in real estate investment management consulting, will continue to work with their real estate investment clients as part of Lionpoint.
