Client Challenges

A high-performing sales and client service team operated in silos across regions, limiting global visibility and effectiveness. A decade of Salesforce customization had created conflicting regional processes, complex technical design, and significant data quality issues. A unified platform was needed to align global distribution and unlock data-driven decision-making.

alpha approach

Alpha defined a distribution platform strategy and target architecture, including integrations with external systems and requirements gathered via Alpha’s Accelerators. We delivered a phased implementation covering data migration, core CRM build, UAT management, training, and post go-live support. Alpha also built interim data structures including product, client, and agreements masters to underpin data integrity. Monthly release cycles ensured the platform continued to evolve with business needs. This program delivered a globally consistent, data-driven distribution platform that measurably improved sales effectiveness and cross-regional collaboration.
