Evaluation, selection, implementation and post go-live support of a new Portfolio and Order Management System
The client wanted to implement a new model to align settlement and asset servicing flows for all client entities and their customers in all T2S-In markets, after implementation of T2S. They also wanted to adapt their Central Bank settlement network to T2S in order to offer a unified service across all client entities.
Finally a way to consolidate their agents network to offer a full range of asset services to any clients, regardless of entity, via a unique relationship with local agents.
- We devised and proposed a new solution for delivering asset servicing to clients, after T2S implementation
- We led the definition of a new asset servicing model, and validated it with ‘pilot’ local agents
- We put forward a methodology to deploy the new model in all T2S markets
- Our approach outlined all necessary internal and external business and system requirements
The client profited from Alpha’s strong knowledge and experience in asset servicing and T2S (the key component knowledge areas of the project).
