The client had a legacy Customer Relationship Management platform that was not well adopted and was looking for a strategic platform to build out their business, and drive both sales and marketing effectiveness. Support was sought to provide insight into aligning strategy to industry best practice.
- In response to the Request For Proposal, Alpha proposed a CRM Roadmap Definition phase in advance of commencing a vendor selection process, which was accepted as a preferred approach
- Alpha worked with all necessary stakeholders groups – Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, IT and Risk by facilitating workshops to capture existing strategy, existing and future business requirements, issues and opportunities for development
