Tom is a Partner specializing in transaction advisory within financial services, guiding clients through every stage of the deal lifecycle. He has advised on 75+ transactions across buy-side and sell-side, including domestic deals within the UK, Europe, North America and APAC, and cross-border deals spanning those regions. Tom’s expertise spans technology, product and operations due diligence, and integration and separation strategy, planning and execution, helping clients realize value throughout. He joined Alpha FMC from EY-Parthenon’s Strategy & Transactions team.
