Sam is Group Head of AI at Alpha, with over a decade of experience in financial services consulting. He advises leadership teams on where and how to apply AI across the enterprise – from operating model and workflow redesign to building and scaling production-grade AI capabilities. In recent years, Sam has held leadership positions at high-growth, venture-backed AI startups spanning AI engineering, operations, and observability, as well as an AI fintech. This gives him a first-hand view of how enterprise AI systems are built, deployed, and scaled. He now pairs this perspective with deep institutional knowledge of Alpha’s clients and the wider industry.
