Nora is a director at Alpha and the Group’s Head of HR. She joined Alpha in 2014 and is based in the UK.
Nora has extensive experience in building and managing an HR organization that reflects the company’s core values and supports its strategic and operational goals. As Global HR Director, she is responsible for overseeing all HR functions including HR management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and wellbeing.
Nora heads a global team of human resources professionals, who partner closely with leadership to attract, develop and retain the best-in-class talent that supports Alpha’s growth ambitions and dynamic business needs.
