Jon is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of consulting experience, where he previously led the UK Management Consultancy division (part of the ManCo) and is now the Global Head of Alpha’s Strategy and Deals division. He has specialized in strategy setting and execution of large-scale transformation initiatives within global organizations. His work encompasses the entire asset management value chain, with extensive experience in front office, technology, operational, and outsourcing programs for diverse clients.
With a strong background in advisory and delivery roles, Jon excels in early-stage strategy development – including Vision, Target Operating Model (TOM), and Business Case formulation – through the effective execution and assurance of project delivery. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by his clients, he understands the challenges faced by asset managers across various business lines and is adept at engaging senior leadership teams.
Jon holds a First Class Math degree.
