Harry specializes in the strategy, design and management of the industry’s largest Distribution transformation programs.
He has technical implementation and change management experience across CRM, cloud and data architecture, marketing applications, digital web platforms, onboarding and servicing tools, client reporting, and data analytics and processing tools such as BI, MDM, and AI.
Harry also helps clients with client experience design, distribution process excellence, and data and analytics strategy.
