Britt is a Senior Partner at Alpha and is the Global Head of Insurance. He has over 25 years of industry experience as a consultant and with insurers and brokers across the property & casualty, life & annuity and health sectors. Britt brings deep expertise in the insurance front office including distribution, marketing and underwriting. His project work is focused at the intersection of operations, strategy, technology and data. Prior to joining Alpha, Britt was a Partner in Deloitte’s Insurance practice and held various sales, marketing and underwriting roles with Cigna and Marsh McLennan.
