Benoit Sanchez leads Alpha FMC’s Wealth Management and Private Banking practice in APAC.
Based in Singapore, he brings nearly two decades of experience advising leading private banks and wealth managers across Europe and Asia. Over the years, he has forged strong partnerships and established a proven track record of delivering strategic, innovative, and practical solutions that drive service excellence.
A trusted advisor to senior executives, Benoit helps clients navigate complex business, technology, and regulatory landscapes with clarity and confidence. He specializes in digital and investment-management solutions, core banking platforms, target operating-model design, and operational excellence. Drawing on his unique double degree in Software Engineering and Finance, he bridges the gap between technology and business teams, combining strategic insight with hands-on delivery to design and implement best-in-class service models across the wealth-management value chain.
Before joining Alpha, Benoit served as Global Product Owner at Credit Suisse Private Bank and as a Managing Consultant at Orbium and Accenture. He holds a B.Sc in Software Engineering, an M.Sc in Finance from ICHEC Brussels Business School, and has completed executive education in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
