Ajay leads Alpha’s APAC capability across derivatives, collateral and post-trade transformation, advising buy-side, wealth, custody and investment banking clients on complex market structure, regulatory and operating model change across global markets.
He brings over 20 years’ experience across cleared and bilateral derivatives, collateral optimization, securities financing, margin operations, regulatory reporting and front-to-back transformation. His work spans strategy, product and platform design, vendor selection, regulatory interpretation, control framework design and large-scale implementation.
Ajay has led major global initiatives across UMR, derivatives lifecycle optimization, collateral mobility, securities financing and post-trade risk reduction. He is focused on helping clients unlock balance sheet and collateral efficiency, strengthen governance and build scalable operating models for an increasingly automated, interconnected and data-led market infrastructure.
