Case Study
A US investment firm ($1.5trn+ AUM) needed to unify its distribution data architecture across multiple business units and geographies. Fragmented systems and inconsistent data models created barriers to effective distribution and client service. A strategic overhaul was required to establish a scalable, enterprise-wide platform.

Alpha led a strategic review of the US investment firm’s Enterprise Distribution Platform, assessing cross-business unit architecture, data models, and access policies. Alpha then onboarded the Asset Management business unit to the Enterprise model, building an asset management data capability with integrations across Client, Agreement, and Product masters, plus third-party data providers. Alpha also led a wholesale review of the shared cross-LOB CRM ecosystem, establishing an Enterprise Data and Sharing Model under the Group Enterprise Architecture authority. This end-to-end engagement delivered a unified, scalable distribution platform that reduced complexity and accelerated the firm’s time to market.
Alpha delivered a cross-channel, cross-business unit platform spanning global distribution. This replaced fragmented systems with a single enterprise architecture.
Client, agreement, and product masters were integrated alongside third-party data providers. This expanded the scope and reliability of distribution data across the firm.
Alpha's fast time-to-market data management methodology and domain model reduced delivery timelines. Distribution, sales, and client service processes were embedded into a target operating model.
