Joe has over 20 years’ consulting experience and is a Senior Partner and the Global Head of Alpha’s Operations Practice, advising Asset Managers globally across their Middle and Back Office Functions.
Joe specializes in Operating Model transformation – including Strategy, Design, Automation, Post Merger Integration, Service Provider Selection and Implementation and Outsourcing Relationship Management.
Joe holds the Investment Management Certification as well as a Management Studies degree from Aston University.
