Our client wanted to launch two new sub-funds for their UK OEIC structure. The timeline for launch was very aggressive and the firm did not have a best practice plan for launching a new sub-fund, nor a standard project management methodology. Alpha were appointed help support the process.
Alpha sought to help the client by:

- We developed and agreed a launch plan with all stakeholders
- Re-designed project documentation and re-structuring governance forums to support the launch
- Alpha finally produced a standardised suite of project documentation for all future fund launches
By helping the client to plan effectively, the fund was launched successfully and on time.
Alpha also restructured the project documentation and governance forums, provided better visibility to senior stakeholders, and ensured business functions were held accountable for their respective deliverables.
