The client appointed Alpha in response to increased demand for more accurate cash reconciliation from fund manager clients and portfolios.
They also requested support with their inaccurate record of transactions in the investment accounting data feed and the Portfolio Management System.
- Alpha enriched the cash administration and reconciliation processes by designing and delivering a number of new services, including enhanced cash forecasting, automated foreign exchange order generation/execution and also delivered a new cash product for the Middle Office
- Alpha reviewed the options available for third party cash investment, alongside supporting pitches to asset manager client operations teams and led the rollout of these services to asset manager clients
Alpha helped the Third Party Administrator across the investment management value chain. The client is now able to maximise revenue generated from the data already available for investment purposes, improve the end to end processing cycle and create new revenue streams.
